2024 TEFL Course in Buenos Aires

There are high standards in the teaching field in Argentina, as it has always had a large number of the population who speak English. Competition is tough, so the individual must be aware to pack all their credentials. Some schools can require, in some cases, up to five years of English Teaching experience. Contacts are essential and business teaching is more lucrative, although there are a number of private language schools that one can apply to. Materials, such as books can be limited, it is thus best that the teacher plans ahead for such a circumstance. Learning Spanish is always a plus and if you can study Spanish with us at a school environment, you will understand your future employers and students better however informal Spanish learning is also possible in Buenos Aires. The best time of the year for hiring would be March, April and July/ August as well as some other positions in September.

I researched companies that offer TEFL Training and found this program. Very helpful staff. I lke the colorful walls. I am glad that I chose to train on location because it is more inspiring and interesting to be in the classroom and internet with everyone. I have definitely learnt a lot. The material is very thorough and easy to understand. Our Professor Carolina was stimulating, interesting and amazing. I also enjoyed listening to various teaching styles, I especially liked Jessica´s classes during observations. Practice teaching sessions were challenging and helpful in building confidence. I found about the website online. Everything was good. The building is well located, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. The schedule is busy but manageable. The TEFL class was an enlightening experience, I really enjoyed it and yes it will help me as a teacher in the future. The book is full of useful information. I will probably use it as a guide for a while. I do not think anyone else could have done the job better than Carolina, our TEFL trainer. She has inspired us as well. The observations were useful and enjoyable. I learnt a lot. About my accommodation in Buenos Aires, Roberto and Susana from my homestay were amazing hosts, they made me feel comfortable and were extremely helpful. I think the TEFL course was brilliant. I was amazed by how good it was and will without a doubt help me as a teacher. I found all the materials used in class very helpful and our TEFL Trainer, Carolina utilized them in a very effective way. Carolina was wonderful. There is nothing I would change about how she took us through the material. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The observations and teaching practice sessions were useful. The teaching practice sessions were helpful but given that all students wanted conversation it resulted in much more of a conversation as opposed to the topic that was prepared.
